Blub Blubing

Sunday, while still sick, I decided on my goals for the week. Exercising 20min a day to get back some energy and eating more fruit, veggies and protein. So far I am thrilled to say I’ve met each of my goals and a little more. Every day I have exercised this week for 40min alternating between strength training and the stationary bike. Also, I cut down on my carbs with the help of Fitday.com. So far my scale is showing better numbers and I’m thrilled! One problem I noticed upon returning to work is not remembering to drink enough water and I’m feeling dry and tired so that is my focus for the rest of the week. Thanks for the encouragement and prodding.
